Alternative Linke (AL) (= Alternative Left)
La Gauche (The Left)
La
Sinistra (The Left)
The AL/La Gauche was founded in 2010 as a new left
force outside of the established parties. On the one hand there is overlap with
the PdA/PST-POP, on the other hand the party encompasses several
left-alternative groups, including a few "Alternative Listen" (Alternative
Lists) in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
The party has seats in
the cantonal parliament of Zürich, Schaffhausen and Vaud, but
not in the federal parliament.
The logo in the German-speaking part
consists of the black inscription "AL" with a red square in the upper right
corner, and the full party name in the two other languages underneath, all
on a white background.
The logo in the French-speaking part consists of
the black inscription "LAGAUCHE" sitting on a red bar, and the full party
name in the two other languages underneath, all on a white background.
The logo in the Italian-speaking part consists of the black inscription
"LASINISTRA" sitting on a red bar, and the full party name in the two other
languages underneath, all on a white background; on the left side there is a
red arrow on a white circle.
I have not found any evidence for a flag
with the German or the Italian logo. The French logo can be in the center of
white flags [1].
